SF Employee of the year awards
Our core values at SF are, professional, competitive and flexible and as a company, we endeavour to reflect these values at every opportunity, whether we are liaising directly with our customers or manufacturing solutions on the shop floor.
Each year we call on our teams to nominate a fellow co-worker, from each manufacturing site, who consistently exceeds job expectations and in their own way, upholds SF Core values. Colleagues who have made significant contributions in areas related to the improvement of quality, performance, growth of the business and customer satisfaction. The member of staff with the most votes is then awarded the coveted ‘Employee of the Year Award’.
